Welcome to the Million $ March

Learn how you can help save a life while saving money buying or selling your home

Between March 1st and December 1st, World AIDS Day 2005, a number of real estate companies across the country are participating in the first annual "Million $ March," a friendly competition to see who can save their clients $1 million and help raise money for non-profit organizations fighting the AIDS pandemic.

Learn how you can save $10,000 or more buying or selling your home, and at the same time help save a life or provide a shelter subsidy for AIDS orphans.

The Real Estate Cafe's mission is to teach 50 to 100 sellers in Greater Boston how to save $1 million in commissions by selling their own homes or working with a new generation of fee-for-service real estate consultants and discount MLS listing services.  Our twin goals are to:

• Help each seller save an average of $10,000 to $20,000, and
• Raise money for FacetoFaceAIDS.org and other non-profits to provide shelter subsidies for AIDS orphans through ASAP, AIDS Shelter Alliance Partners.
